Antibody Engineering

Antibody engineering offers one-stop services ranging from chimeric antibodies of variable subtypes, optimization of humanized antibody sequence, to in vivo/in vitro validation of the optimized antibody; in addition to one-stop services, we also provide such services as in vivo pharmacodynamic screening and in vitro physiochemical analysis of single chimeric antibody/humanized antibody.

a. Chimeric Antibody Screening

 

Recombinant chimeric antibodies were purified from the supernatant of transfected CHO cells. These antibodies were screened in the subcutaneous MC38/B-hCD40 model. Tumor volume (A) and normalized body weight (B) of each group were presented.

 

b. Subtype Isotype

Chimeric antibodies were generated by cloning the variable domain into various human IgG expression vectors. Recombinant antibodies were purified from the supernatant of transfected CHO cells. These antibodies were screened in the subcutaneous MC38/B-hCD40 model. Tumor volume (A) and normalized body weight (B) of each group were presented.

 

c. Humanized Antibody Screening

A panel of humanized CD40 antibodies were designed. Several humanized antibodies were screened in vivo using the B-hCD40 mice/MC38 model. Tumor volume (A) and body weight (B) were monitored (n=5).
