The COVID-19 global outbreak has undoubtedly brought upon difficult times for individuals, families, and businesses around the world. Many of us have never experienced an interruption of life at this scale. Amid this turmoil, I wanted to provide some status updates. Today, I am very glad to let you know that all of our sites are open and functioning, staffed only by colleagues that are educated in the proper hygienic measures and are necessary to maintain our essential operations. I would underscore our team’s tremendous efforts and resilience in bringing our animal facilities and labs back to full operational capacity, especially in such a short period of time after China’s unprecedented lockdown.
In the US, Biocytogen follows all governmental restrictions as they come and strictly implements all precautions necessary to prioritize public health safety for our employees and the community. At this time, most Biocytogen employees on our commercial and administrative teams have been working remotely, whilst prioritizing the promises we hold with our current and prospective customers. We will continue to carefully monitor any anticipated issues that may arise and will provide you with any critical updates on the status of our operations, along with specific product and service order requests as necessary. Our teams remain fully dedicated to completing our company and client projects, striving to provide you the support needed to continue your research efforts.
