Position Summary

The Graphic Designer will create graphics in support of marketing projects designed to increase brand and product awareness, customer leads, and revenue for Biocytogen.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and edit graphics for sales & marketing collateral, business presentations, events, advertisements, internal communications, brand assets, videos, PR/media
  • Do design & layout for materials such as brochures, 1 pagers, hand-outs in partnership with colleagues on the marketing team and other stakeholders
  • Do web design for new pages/sections of and
  • Create graphics & formatting for PowerPoint presentations for sales, business development, investors, and the office of the CEO
  • Manage the copy, collateral, advertisement, graphics, photography and video development, approval, printing and distribution process for multiple projects simultaneously in a rapid and efficient manner
  • Develop, manage and distribute brand assets and tools that enable internal team members, vendors and partners to conveniently ‘self-serve’ while accurately and consistently representing our brand. Assets include logos, fonts, photography, messaging, guidelines, templates
  • Execute service-line marketing initiatives, including program launches
  • Work with outside vendors, agencies, and consultants as necessary
  • Provide other general marketing program management support as needed

Required Skills and Experience

  • 3 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in a fast-paced corporate or biotech industry
  • Strong graphic design skills with demonstrated experience creating and editing graphics for Powerpoint presentations, marketing collateral, advertising, websites
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and MS Office applications
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment to successfully meet multiple deadlines as rapidly and efficiently as possible
  • Strong team player; highly effective in partnering cross-functionally
  • Excited about an early-stage company environment and driven to make a difference
  • Industry experience in high technology, biotech, pharma, or healthcare is preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree
