Human Resources Associate

Position Summary:
As an HR Associate at Biocytogen, you will play a key role in supporting the Human Resources team in a variety of functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, training, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about fostering a positive workplace culture.
Job Responsibility:
Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. Maintain candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System and support recruitment events such as job fairs and recruitment campaigns.
Onboarding and Employee Integration: Facilitate the onboarding process by organizing orientation sessions, preparing materials, and coordinating with IT and Facilities for workstation setup to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
Employee Engagement and Communication: Plan and execute employee engagement activities like team-building events, recognition programs, and wellness initiatives. Serve as a point of contact for HR policy queries and collect employee feedback to enhance workplace satisfaction.
HR Administration, Compliance, and Benefits Management: Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, support payroll preparation, track attendance and performance reviews, and ensure adherence to company policies and local labor laws. Manage employee benefits programs, including enrollment, updates, and communication with employees regarding available options.
Learning and Development: Coordinate training programs, maintain schedules, and assist in identifying skill gaps and development opportunities to support employee growth.
Job Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-3 years in HR roles; biotech or pharmaceutical experience is a plus.
- Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities; proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with LMS and ERP platforms; ability to handle confidential information.
