Position Summary

The Marketing Associate will work with the Marketing team to achieve the company’s marketing goals. This person will be extensively involved in daily operations and will participate in the execution of marketing strategies of Biocytogen Boston Corp.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare promotional and advertisement materials for content marketing and communication of Biocytogen’s brand to customers
  • Coordinate trade shows, seminars, conferences, and other marketing/sales events
  • Support website content update, as well as online campaigns
  • Own social media accounts to support company branding
  • Collect and organize marketing and sales data
  • Maintain customer database
  • Conduct basic marketing analysis
  • Other marketing-related tasks as assigned


  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in biological sciences or in marketing-related fields
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a multi-cultural working environment
  • Willingness to travel (mostly domestically)
  • Strong interest in marketing for life science/biotech and willingness to learn the technologies, services and products of Biocytogen
  • 1-2 years of working experience in biotech is highly desirable
  • Experience in technical writing is highly desirable
  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus
  • Experience with social media branding is a plus
  • Knowledge of media design is a plus
