What is the CBA?
The Chinese Bioscience Association (CBA), founded in 1997 in the San Francisco Bay Area, is a non-profit organization focused on promoting education, networking, and community among life science professionals. Through its numerous conferences and workshops, CBA highlights emerging biotech trends and technologies, attracting a wide range of participants including entrepreneurs, executives, scientists, postdocs, and students. With a diverse membership, CBA serves as a bilingual bridge between the US and Asia, maintaining strong ties with Taiwan, China, Hong Kong, and Singapore. The organization is volunteer-run and supported by sponsors, with its annual conferences and summer picnics being particularly popular.
