• We have generated multiple strains of fully human antibody transgenic mice for therapeutic discovery. Antibody-secreting B cells from these mice undergo in vivo natural selection and affinity maturation, which improves the chance of clinical success compared to artificial humanized murine antibodies.
• Our antibody discovery platform uses optimized immunization methods and high-throughput screening technologies to capture high-quality, fully human antibodies from immunized mice or human PBMCs for a streamlined downstream validation and selection process.
