AACR 2023: Humanized OX40/OX40L Mice as a Tool for Evaluating Novel Therapeutics

Used in the poster: B-hOX40/hOX40L mice

Conclusions

  • mRNA expression analysis:
Mouse Ox40l mRNA was detected in dendritic cells isolated from wild-type mice, while human OX40L mRNA was detected in homozygous B-hOX40/hOX40L mice by RT-PCR.
  • Protein expression analysis:
Human OX40 and OX40L protein expression was detected in B-hOX40/hOX40L mice by flow cytometry.
  • Immune cell analysis:
OX40 and OX40L humanization does not change the overall development, differentiation or distribution of spleen, lymph node, and blood immune cells in B-hOX40/hOX40L mice.
