Species-specific CCL2 gene expression analysis in wild-type and humanized B-hCCL2 mice by RT-PCR. Murine Ccl2 mRNA was detected in stomach tissue isolated from wild-type (+/+) mice, while human CCL2 mRNA was exclusively detected in homozygous B-hCCL2 (H/H) mice.

Species-specific CCL2 protein expression analysis in humanized B-hCCL2 mice. Serum was collected from wild-type C57BL/6 (+/+) and homozygous B-hCCL2 (H/H) mice stimulated with anti-mCD3ε antibody in vivo for 4 hours, and analyzed using species-specific CCL2 ELISA kits. Murine CCL2 protein was detected in wild-type mice, while human CCL2 protein was exclusively detected in B-hCCL2 mice.
