CDH17 protein expression analysis in B-hCDH17 mice by Simple Western. Mouse small intestine and colon lysates were analyzed using CDH17-specific antibody. Simple Western lane view with results automatically generated in system software. Human CDH17 was detectable in B-hCDH17 mice (H/H).
