Species-specific CXCL1 protein expression analysis in humanized B-hCXCL1 mice. Following LPS (20µg/200µl) stimulation in vivo, serum was collected from wild-type C57BL/6 (+/+) and homozygous B-hCXCL1 (H/H) mice and analyzed by ELISA using species-specific CXCL1 kits. Murine CXCL1 protein was detected in wild-type mice, while human CXCL1 protein was detected in B-hCXCL1 mice.
