Species-specific IL10RA protein expression analysis in wild-type and humanized B-hIL10RA mice. Peritoneal washes were collected from wild-type C57BL/6 (+/+) and homozygous B-hIL10RA (H/H) mice and analyzed by flow cytometry using species-specific anti-IL10RA antibodies. Murine IL10RA protein was detected in wild-type mice, while human IL10RA protein were exclusively detected in B-hIL10RA mice.
