Plasma was isolated from wild-type C57BL/6 (+/+) and homozygous B-hIL19 (H/H) mice stimulated with or without LPS in vivo, and analyzed by ELISA using species-specific anti-IL19 antibodies. Murine IL19 protein was detected in wild-type mice, while human IL19 protein was exclusively detected in B-hIL19 mice.
