Protein expression analysis

Species-specific IL5 protein expression analysis in wild-type and humanized B-hIL5 mice. Following ConA stimulation in vivo, serum was collected from wild-type C57BL/6 (+/+) and homozygous B-hIL5 (H/H) mice and analyzed by ELISA using species-specific IL5 kits. Murine IL5 protein was detected in wild-type mice, while human IL5 protein was detected in B-hIL5 mice.
