Mouse Pai1 mRNA was detectable in the wild-type mice (+/+) and Human PAI1 mRNA was detectable only in B-hPAI1 mice.

Strain specific PAI1 expression analysis in homozygous B-hPAI1 mice by ELISA.
Serum was collected from wild-type mice (+/+) and homozygous B-hPAI1 mice (H/H) sitimulated by LPS (2 μg/g body weight) for 8h, and analyzed by ELISA. Mouse PAI1 was detectable in wild-type mice and homozygous B-hPAI1 mice as the antibody is crossly reactive with PAI1 in human and mice. Human PAI1 was exclusively detectable in homozygous B-hPAI1 mice. ND: not detected.
