Species-specific CCL20 protein expression analysis in wild-type and humanized B-hCCL20 mice. Supernatant derived from thymus tissue grinding was collected from wild-type (+/+) and homozygous B-hCCL20 (H/H) mice, and analyzed by ELISA using species-specific CCL20 kits. Murine CCL20 protein was detected in wild-type mice, while human CCL20 protein was exclusively detected in B-hCCL20 mice.
