Protein Expression Analysis

Species-specific CCR2 expression analysis in humanized B-hCCR2 mice. Bone marrow was isolated from wild-type C57BL/6 (+/+) and homozygous B-hCCR2 (H/H) mice and analyzed by flow cytometry using species-specific anti-CCR2 antibodies. Human CCR2 protein was exclusively detected in B-hCCR2 mice compared to wild-type mice.
