Protein expression analysis

Human CRTH2 expression analysis in wild-type mice and B-Tg(hCRTH2) mice by flow cytometry. Blood were collected from wild-type C67BL/6 mice and B-Tg(hCRTH2) mice (10-week-old), and analyzed with anti-hCRTH2 antibody. Human CRTH2 was detectable in eosinophils, but not in neutrophils and B cells of B-Tg(hCRTH2) mice. Express similarly to human cells.
