Protein expression analysis

Strain specific CD200 expression analysis in heterozygous B-hCD200 mice by flow cytometry. Splenocytes were collected from wild type (WT) mice (+/+) and heterozygous B-hCD200 mice (H/+), and analyzed by flow cytometry with species-specific anti-CD200 antibody. Mouse CD200 was detectable in WT mice (+/+) and heterozygous B-hCD200 mice (H/+). Human CD200 was exclusively detectable in heterozygous B-hCD200 mice (H/+) but not in WT mice (+/+).
