mRNA Expression Analysis

Species-specific CD22 gene expression analysis in wild-type and humanized B-hCD22 mice. Murine Cd22 mRNA was detected in splenocytes isolated from wild-type (+/+) mice, while human CD22 mRNA was exclusively detected in B-hCD22 mice.

Protein Expression Analysis

Species-specific CD22 protein expression analysis in humanized B-hCD22 mice. Splenocytes were isolated from wild-type C57BL/6 (+/+) and heterozygous B-hCD22 (H/+) mice and analyzed by flow cytometry using species-specific CD22 antibodies. Murine CD22 protein was detected in wild-type and heterozygous B-hCD22 mice, while human CD22 protein was exclusively detected in B-hCD22 mice.
