Basic Information
-
Gene targeting strategy
-
Gene targeting strategy for B-hFCGR2B mice. Exons 2~3 of the mouse Fcg2b gene that encodes the extracellular domain were replaced by human FCGR2B exons 3-5 in B-hCD32B mice.

Protein expression analysis in blood cells
-
Species-specific CD32B protein expression analyses in wild-type and humanized B-hCD32B mice. Blood-derived dendritic cells and monocytes were isolated from wild-type C57BL/6 (+/+) and heterozygous B-hCD32B (H/+) mice and analyzed by flow cytometry using species-specific anti-CD32B antibodies. (A) Mouse CD32B protein was detected in DCs from wild-type and heterozygous B-hCD32B mice, while human CD32B protein was only detected in heterozygous B-hCD32B mice. (B) Mouse CD32B protein was detected in monocytes from wild-type and heterozygous B-hCD32B mice, while human CD32B protein was only detected in B-hCD32B mice.
