Species-specific CD40L expression analysis in humanized B-hCD40L mice. Following PMA and Ionomycin stimulation, thymocytes were collected from wild-type C57BL/6 (+/+) and heterozygous B-hCD40L (H/+) mice and analyzed by flow cytometry using species-specific anti-CD40L antibodies. Murine CD40L was detected in wild-type and heterozygous B-hCD40L mice, while human CD40L was exclusively detected in heterozygous B-hCD40L mice.
