Species-specific CD45 protein expression analysis in wild-type and humanized B-hCD45 mice. Blood was collected from wild-type C57BL/6 (+/+) and heterozygous B-hCD45 (H/+) mice and analyzed by flow cytometry using species-specific anti-CD45 antibodies. Murine CD45 protein was detected in wild-type and B-hCD45 mice, while human CD45 protein was exclusively detected in B-hCD45 mice.
