Species-specific CD69 protein expression analysis in wild-type and humanized B-hCD69 mice. Splenocytes were isolated from wild-type C57BL/6 (+/+) and homozygous B-hCD69 (H/H) mice, stimulated with anti-CD3ε and anti-CD28 in vitro, and analyzed by flow cytometry using species-specific anti-CD69 antibodies. Mouse CD69 protein was detected on T cells, B cells and NK cells in wild-type mice. Human CD69 protein was detected on T cells, B cells and NK cells in B-hCD69 mice.
