Species-specific CSF1 protein expression analysis in wild-type and humanized B-hCSF1 mice. Following LPS stimulation in vivo, splenocytes were isolated from wild-type C57BL/6 (+/+) and heterozygous B-hCSF1 (H/+) mice, and analyzed by ELISA using species-specific CSF1 kits. Murine CSF1 protein was detected in wild-type and B-hCSF1 mice, while human CSF1 protein was exclusively detected in B-hCSF1 mice.
