Protein expression analysis

Species-specific NCR3 protein expression analysis in wild-type and humanized B-hNCR3 mice. Splenocytes were isolated from wild-type C57BL/6 (+/+) and homozygous B-hNCR3 (H/H) mice, and analyzed by flow cytometry using anti-NCR3 antibodies. Human NCR3 protein was detected in T and NK cells in B-hNCR3 mice but not in wild-type mice.
