Targeting strategy
-
Gene targeting strategy for B-hPLXNB2 mice.
The exons 4~23 of mouse Plxnb2 gene that encode the extracellular domain were replaced by human PLXNB2 exons 3~22 in B-hPLXNB2 mice. -
Protein expression analysis in DC cells
-
Strain specific PLXNB2 expression analysis in homozygous B-hPLXNB2 mice by flow cytometry. Splenocytes were collected from wild-type C57BL/6 mice (+/+) and homozygous B-hPLXNB2 mice (H/H), and analyzed by flow cytometry with species-specific anti-PLXNB2 antibody. mPLXNB2 was detectable in wild-type mice, while hPLXNB2 was only detectable in homozygous mice.

Protein expression analysis in granulocytes
-
Strain specific PLXNB2 expression analysis in homozygous B-hPLXNB2 mice by flow cytometry. Splenocytes were collected from wild-type C57BL/6 mice (+/+) and homozygous B-hPLXNB2 mice (H/H), and analyzed by flow cytometry with species-specific anti-PLXNB2 antibody. mPLXNB2 was not detectable in granulocytes of wild-type mice, and hPLXNB2 was not detectable in granulocytes of homozygous mice.
