Species-specific TFPI protein expression analysis in wild-type and humanized B-hTFPI mice. Plasma was collected from wild-type (+/+) and homozygous B-hTFPI mice (H/H) and analyzed by ELISA using species-specific TFPI kits. Murine TFPI protein was only detected in wild-type mice, while human TFPI protein was detected in wild-type and B-hTFPI mice due to the cross-reactive antibody. Values are expressed as mean ± SEM. ND: not detectable.
