Basic Information
-
Targeting Strategy
-
Gene targeting strategy for B-luc EL4 cells. The luciferase sequence was inserted in exon 1 of the ROSA26 locus in wild-type EL4 cells.
-
Genotype Identification
-
-
Phenotypic Analysis
-
Luminescence signal intensity of B-luc EL4 cells. B-luc EL4 cells displayed strong luminescence signal intensity compared to wild-type EL4 cells, as detected by the Bright-GloTM luciferase Assay System (Promega, Cat E2610).
-
In Vivo Imaging Analysis
-
Tumor growth and in vivo imaging of B-luc EL4 cells. B-luc EL4 cells (2×105) were injected by tail vein into C57BL/6 mice (female, 7-8 week-old, n=5). (A) Imaging was performed on days 0, 3, 6, 10, 13, 17, 20, 24 and 27 for tumor detection and signal intensity analysis. (B) Body weight was measured twice a week (Mean ± SEM). Altogether these data indicate that B-luc EL4 cells can be used for in vivo efficacy evaluation.
