Phenotypic analysis of B-luciferase-GFP HT-29 cell line

B-luciferase-GFP HT-29 Cell Line

  1. Imaging under fluorescence microscopy showed green fluorescent expression of B-luciferase-GFP HT-29 cell line
  2. The expression of luciferase was detected by Bright-GloTM luciferase Assay System (Promega, Cat E2610). The results showed that the fluorescence intensity of B-luciferase-GFP HT-29 cells was significantly higher than that of the control group.

  1. B-luciferase-GFP HT-29 cells were subcutaneously inoculated with NOD-scid mice and imaged on days 6, 16, and 28. The left mouse was inoculated with 5E6 cells, animal number 4; the right mouse was inoculated with 5E5 cells, animal number 3.
  2. The image shows the tumor volume change and in vivo imaging signal intensity.
