Phenotypic analysis of B-luciferase-GFP NCI­-H1975 cell line

B-luciferase-GFP NCI-H1975 Cell Line

  1. Imaging under fluorescence microscopy showed green fluorescent expression of B-luciferase-GFP NCI­-H1975 cell line
  2. The expression of luciferase was detected by Bright-GloTM luciferase Assay System (Promega, Cat E2610). The results showed that the fluorescence intensity of B-luciferase-GFP NCI­-H1975 cells was significantly higher than that of the control group.

B-luciferase-GFP NCI-H1975 Cell Line

  1. B-luciferase-GFP NCI­-H1975 cells were monitored for tumor size and animal body weight after subcutaneous inoculation of B-NDG mice.
  2. B-luciferase-GFP NCI­-H1975 cells were subcutaneously inoculated into B-NDG mice on day 19 for imaging detection. The results showed that the B-luciferase-GFP NCI­-H1975 subcutaneous xenograft model can be stably established, and the growth of tumor cells can be effectively tracked by using luciferase.
