B-luciferase MIA PaCa-2 orthotopic transplantation tumor model
B-luciferase MIA paca-2 cells were subcutaneous inoculated to BALB/c nude mice, and the subcutaneous tumor was stripped and cut into small pieces when the tumor grew to a suitable size, and then transplanted to the pancreas of BALB/c nude mice. Live animal imaging and body weight measurement were performed regularly.
- B-luciferase MIA paca-2 orthotopic transplantation tumor signal intensity curve
- Body weight curve of BALB/c nude mice after orthotopic transplantation of B-luciferase MIA paca-2 tumor mass.
The results showed that B-luciferase MIA paca-2 orthotopic tumor model could be established stably and could effectively track the growth of tumor cells.
