This B-Luc A20 cell line expresses firefly luciferase as a marker of A20 cells. Fluorescence and luminescence can be observed in B-Luc A20 cells.

Tumor growth and in vivo imaging of B-Luc A20 cells. B-Luc A20 cells (5×105) were injected into the tail vein of wild-type BALB/c mice. Signal intensity and body weight were measured twice a week. (A) Imaging was performed twice a week. (B) Body weight (Mean ± SEM). B-Luc A20 cells can be used for in vivo efficacy evaluation.
