Description
This B-Luc-EGFP SU-DHL-1 cell line expresses firefly luciferase as a marker of SU-DHL-1 cells. Fluorescence and EGFP could be detected in B-Luc-EGFP SU-DHL-1 cells. B-Luc-EGFP SU-DHL-1 cells can be used to evaluate anti-cancer drugs in large cell lymphoma or diffuse histiocytic lymphoma in vivo.

In vitro luciferase activity

Luminescence signal intensity of B-Luc-EGFP SU-DHL-1 cells. Luminescence intensity was measured using the Bright-GloTM luciferase Assay (Promega, Cat E2610). B-Luc-EGFP SU-DHL-1 cells have a strong luminescence signal. EGFP was detected in B-Luc-EGFP SU-DHL-1 cells. The 1-D10 clone of B-Luc-EGFP SU-DHL-1 cells can be used in vivo experiments.

Quantitative imaging data & body weight changes

B-Luc-EGFP SU-DHL-1 cells (5×106) were injected into the tail vein of wild-type B-NDG mice. Signal intensity and body weight were measured twice a week. (A) Imaging was performed twice a week. (B) Body weight (Mean ± SEM). B-Luc-EGFP SU-DHL-1 cells can be used for in vivo efficacy evaluation.
