Protein expression analysis

Species-specific ITGA4 protein expression analysis in wild-type and humanized B-hITGA4 mice. Splenocytes were isolated from wild-type C57BL/6 (+/+) and heterozygous B-hITGA4 (H/+) mice, and analyzed by flow cytometry using species-specific anti-ITGA4 antibodies. Murine ITGA4 protein was detected in wild-type and B-hITGA4 mice, while human ITGA4 protein was detected in B-hITGA4 mice.
