Species-specific LRRC15 expression analysis in wild-type and humanized B-hLRRC15 mice by RT-PCR and western blot. (A) Murine Lrrc15 mRNA was detected in brain tissue isolated from wild-type C57BL/6 (+/+) mice, while human LRRC15 mRNA was detected in homozygous B-hLRRC15 (H/H) mice. (B) Brain tissue was isolated from wild-type C57BL/6 (+/+) and homozygous B-hLRRC15 (H/H) mice, and analyzed by western blot using a known cross-reactive anti-LRRC15 antibody. Human neuroblastoma cell line SH-SY-5Y was used as positive control. The LRRC15 protein was detected in B-hLRRC15 mice.
