Species-specific NPR1 gene expression analysis in wild-type and humanized B-hNPR1 mice by RT-PCR. Murine Npr1 mRNA was detected in ovarian tissue isolated from wild-type C57BL/6 (+/+) mice, while human NPR1 mRNA was detected in homozygous B-hNPR1 (H/H) mice.

Strain specific NPR1 expression analysis in homozygous B-hNPR1 mice by western blot. Heart, liver, spleen, lung, brain and ovary were collected from wild-type C57BL/6 mice (+/+) and homozygous B-hNPR1 mice (H/H), and analyzed by western blot with a known cross-reactive anti-NPR1 antibody. The NPR1 protein can be detected in wild-type C57BL/6 mice and homozygous B-hNPR1 mice.
