Species-specific NTRK3 gene expression analysis in wild-type and humanized B-hNTRK3 mice by RT-PCR. Murine Ntrk3 mRNA was detected in cerebellum isolated from wild-type C57BL/6 (+/+) mice, while human NTRK3 mRNA was detected in homozygous B-hNTRK3 (H/H) mice.

Species-specific NTRK3 protein expression analysis in homozygous B-hNTRK3 mice by western blot. Brain, cerebellum, stomach, liver and colon were collected from wild type (WT) mice (+/+) and homozygous B-hNTRK3 mice (H/H), and analyzed by western blot with anti-NTRK3 antibody. NTRK3 was not detectable in liver of WT mice (+/+) and homozygous B-hNTRK3 mice (H/H). NTRK3 was detectable in brain, cerebellum, stomach and colon of WT mice (+/+) and homozygous B-hNTRK3 mice (H/H) due to the cross-reactivity of antibodies.
