Protein expression analysis
Strain specific ANGPTL3 expression analysis in homozygous B-hANGPTL3 mice by ELISA. Plasma were collected from wild-type C57BL/6 mice (+/+) and homozygous B-hANGPTL3 mice (H/H), and analyzed by ELISA with species-specific ANGPTL3 ELISA kit (Mouse Angiopoietin-like 3 Immunoassay, MANL30; Human Angiopoietin-like 3 Immunoassay, DANL30). Mouse ANGPTL3 were only detectable in wild-type mice. Human ANGPTL3 was exclusively detectable in homozygous B-hANGPTL3mice (H/H) but not in wild-type mice.
