Strain specific analysis of NTRK3 gene expression in wild type (WT) mice and B-hNTRK3 mice by RT-PCR. Mouse Ntrk3 mRNA was detectable only in cerebellum of WT mice (+/+). Human NTRK3 mRNA was detectable only in homozygous B-hNTRK3 mice (H/H) but not in WT mice (+/+).

Strain specific NTRK3 expression analysis in homozygous B-hNTRK3 mice by western blot. Brain, cerebellum, stomach, liver and colon were collected from wild type (WT) mice (+/+) and homozygous B-hNTRK3 mice (H/H), and analyzed by western blot with anti-NTRK3 antibody. NTRK3 was not detectable in liver of WT mice (+/+) and homozygous B-hNTRK3 mice (H/H). NTRK3 was detectable in brain, cerebellum, stomach and colon of WT mice (+/+) and homozygous B-hNTRK3 mice (H/H) due to the cross-reactivity of antibody.
