Job Description:
According to the company's R & D strategy and business requirements, this position needs to work with customers in scheme design, project execution, data feedback, report delivery and other work.
Main responsibilities:
1. Organize the Ministry of Commerce or customers to communicate with each other about the project plan and promote the progress of the project;
2. Responsible for research plan formulation, data analysis and conclusion report of preclinical research projects;
3. In the process of project implementation, maintain good communication with all relevant personnel, timely find and solve problems, and ensure the completion of the project on time, quality and quantity;
4, after the completion of the project, assist the project management and quality department to complete the cleaning and checking of the project documents;
5. Complete other work required by superiors.
Qualifications:
1. Have a solid academic research foundation, antibody drug development, immunology, physiology, disease model knowledge reserve, or related industry work experience, doctor degree or above;
2. understand the cell, molecular, detection and animal experimental operation technology, and project operation process, and cooperate with relevant departments;
3. have good communication skills, can communicate with customers independently, understand customers' expectations of the project and opinions and suggestions in the process of progress; Internally able to clarify the key points and difficulties of project operation to the team;
4. have a strong sense of responsibility and mission, take routine work seriously, good at observing and summarizing details, timely find problems, and put forward effective solutions;
5. Good team spirit and communication skills; Good at adjusting work.
