We are excited to attend PBSS: Biodistribution, Target Engagement and PK/PD for Antibody/ADC/Nucleotide/Novel Protein-Based Therapeutics: Quantitative Assessment and Translation. The Pharmaceutical and BioScience Society International (PBSS) is a non-profit organization of over 20,000 participants, within the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries, working to promote the exchange of scientific ideas and provide new learning opportunities through educational and professional development events. Join us for the workshop and visit our table during the vendor show to learn more about Biocytogen’s preclinical products and services.
What is PBSS: Biodistribution, Target Engagement and PK/PD for Antibody/ADC/Nucleotide/Novel Protein-Based Therapeutics: Quantitative Assessment and Translation?
Scientists and researchers in drug development face the challenge of predicting pharmacokinetics (PK), pharmacodynamics (PD), and target engagement in tissues that cannot be clinically sampled. This workshop will cover current modeling and experimental strategies to further examine the biodistribution of large molecule therapeutics. Topics to be discussed include PBPK modeling of antibody drug conjugates and T-cell dependent bispecifics in heme and solid tumor indications, brain delivery and biodistribution of systemically administered antibodies, and the mechanistic modelling of orally administered protein therapeutics for gut site of action. Between the talks, vendor shows will be held for exhibitors to share their research and innovations.
