Strain specific analysis of GPR35 gene expression in wild-type mice and B-hGPR35 mice by RT-PCR. Mouse Gpr35 mRNA was detectable in splenocytes of wild-type mice (+/+). Human GPR35 mRNA was detectable only in homozygous B-hGPR35 but not in wild-type mice.

Strain specific GPR35 expression analysis in homozygous B-hGPR35 mice by western blot. Stomach, liver and spleen were collected from wild-type mice (+/+) and homozygous B-hGPR35 mice (H/H), and analyzed by western blot with anti-GPR35 antibody. GPR35 was detectable in wild type mice and homozygous B-hGPR35 mice and MCF-7/RAW264.7 cell line, as the antibody is crossly reactive with GPR35 in human and mice.
