Gene targeting strategy for B-hGPRC5D mice. The exons 2-4 of mouse Gprc5d gene that encode the full-length protein were replaced by human GPRC5D exons 1-3 in B-hGPRC5D mice.

Strain specific GPRC5D expression analysis in homozygous B-hGPRC5D mice by western blot. Spleen was collected from WT mice (+/+) and homozygous B-hGPRC5D (H/H) mice, and analyzed by western blot with anti-GPRC5D antibody.
