Strain specific PAI1 expression analysis in homozygous B-hPAI1 mice by ELISA. Serum was collected from wild-type mice (+/+) and homozygous B-hPAI1 mice (H/H) stimulated by LPS (2 μg/g body weight) for 8 h, and analyzed by ELISA. Mouse PAI1 was detectable in wild-type mice and homozygous B-hPAI1 mice as the PAI1 antibody is cross-reactive between human and mouse. Human PAI1 was exclusively detectable in homozygous B-hPAI1 mice. ND: not detected.
