mRNA expression analysis
Strain specific analysis of SELE gene expression in wild-type C57BL/6 mice and B-hSELE/hSELL mice by RT-PCR. Mouse SELE mRNA was detectable only in bladder cells of wild-type C57BL/6 mice (+/+). Human SELE mRNA was detectable only in homozygous B-hSELE/hSELL mice (H/H; H/H), but not in wild-type mice.
