Establishment of orthotopic gastric cancer model.
The B-NDG mice (F, n=6) were inoculated with B-CMV-Luc SNU-5 cell suspension (1×10⁵, 5×10⁵, 5×10⁶) at the head of the pancreas or subcutaneously on the right flank. And the body weight and tumor fluorescence signal of the mice were recorded weekly. The results showed that the fluorescence signal gradually increased. This indicates that the cell line was successfully constructed as an orthotopic tumor model.
