Abstract:
In vivo CAR-T engineers T cells directly in the body, bypassing costly lab production. To ensure precise gene delivery, we used Biocytogen’s RenNano® platform to develop heavy-chain antibodies targeting T-cell markers CD5 (specific binding) and CD7 (rapid internalization). Featuring 1 - 10 nM affinities, human/monkey cross-reactivity, and excellent developability, they demonstrate highly superior in vitro and in vivo delivery efficacy in T cells/ These antibodies provide a solid foundation for advancing next-generation in vivo CAR-T therapies.
