Title: Next-Generation Strategies for T-Cell Engagers (TCEs) and CAR-T Therapies

    Description:

T-cell–based therapies—such as T-cell engagers (TCEs) and CAR-T cells—have transformed cancer care by enabling precise targeting of tumor cells. As these modalities continue to evolve, deeper biological insight and innovative engineering strategies are driving the next wave of therapeutic advances across oncology.

In this webinar, Dr. Daniel J. Powell Jr. will discuss emerging directions in TCE and CAR-T therapy development, drawing on his expertise in T-cell biology, tumor immunology, and translational T-cell engineering. He will highlight how understanding tumor-reactive T cells, leveraging advanced model systems, and refining engineering approaches can inform next-generation T-cell–based therapies.

Dr. Baihong Liu will further examine major challenges in TCE development for solid tumors and review recent progress in the field. He will also showcase Biocytogen’s trispecific antibody (DLL3 × CD3 × 4-1BB), designed to enhance T-cell persistence and functionality through the integration of a 4-1BB VHH antibody.
