Effectiveness of conventional IgG antibodies is often limited by tissue penetration, particularly in solid tumors and across the blood–brain barrier (BBB). VHHs and heavy-chain-only antibodies (HCAbs) represent a differentiated modality, offering small size, high stability, and longer CDR3 regions that enable access to cryptic or hard-to-reach epitopes.
In this webinar, we will present Biocytogen’s RenNano® platform for the discovery of fully human HCAbs. Built to deliver diverse, high-affinity HCAb binders, RenNano (RN) supports a broad range of next-generation therapeutic strategies.
We will highlight how RN molecules are enabling innovative approaches, including BBB shuttle design, bispecific and multispecific antibodies, ADCs, and targeted delivery for in vivo CAR-T therapies. Selected case studies will provide insights into their functional performance and therapeutic potential.
Join us to explore how these differentiated antibody formats are expanding the boundaries of antibody-based therapeutics.
